Review of the match Sevilla - Betis:
Sevilla face Real Betis at the Ramon Sanchez Pizhuan Stadium in a highly-anticipated La Liga match. The fans couldn't wait to see how these two teams would face each other. The first half was tightly fought, with both teams putting in a lot of effort to gain an advantage. However, neither team could get a shot on target and the score was 0-0 at the break. The second half continued in the same vein as the first, with both teams creating chances but failing to score. Luis Enrique of Real Betis was yellow-carded in the 27th minute, G. Montiel of Sevilla in the 33rd minute and K. Rekic of Sevilla just before the break. Real Betis made their first substitution of the match in the 46th minute, releasing Rodri in place of Luis Enrique. Sevilla followed suit in the 50th minute, replacing O Torres with Suso.
As the match progressed, both teams made further substitutions. Real Betis released Juanmi in place of B. Iglesias in the 65th minute and V. Carvalho in place of P. Acuoca in the 71st minute. Sevilla released Papa Gomez in place of B. Gil in the 70th minute and then R. Mir in place of Y. En-Nesiri in the same minute. In the 82nd minute, Sevilla made two more substitutions, releasing A. Telles instead of M. Acuna and J. Navas instead of G. Montiel. Just when it looked like the match would end in a goalless draw, Real Betis were dealt a blow in the 86th minute when J. Miranda received a red card. This left the team with ten men and unable to score in the remaining minutes of the game. In the end, both teams had to settle for a 0-0 draw. Although neither team was happy with the result, they can take solace in the fact that they put in a good effort and that they have another chance to face each other next season.
