Rebrov evaded a direct answer when asked about extending his contract with Al Ain, but confessed his love for the club

Al Ain's Ukrainian coach, Serhiy Rebrov, was asked at a press conference after yesterday's 0-1 loss to Al Nasr in the UAE League Cup semi-final.

The 48-year-old went away from a straight answer, but professed his love for Al Ain.

"I assure you that my love for Al Ain is boundless. As for my contract with the club, it is still valid and expires in a month," Rebrov said.

It must be recalled Rebrov's contract with Al-Ain runs until the end of June this year. At the same time, according to a well-known insider Fabrizio Romano, the coach has already signed a contract with the UAF regarding his work with the Ukraine national team. Besides it was reported that it will be officially announced no later than this week.
