Football club Lviv is to cease to exist, Football Time reports.
It is reported that the president of Lviv, Bohdan Kopytko, will stop sponsoring the team as of 1 June. The club's management has already asked the players to take all their belongings from the training ground. It is also known that Oleksiy Borovikov, who held the position of honorary president of the club, has already left Ukraine and returned to the United States, of which he is a citizen.
"Lviv has two more matches to play: against Chornomorets and Ingulets. The team will not travel to the match against Kolos.
Yesterday, on 21 May, Lviv officially dropped out of the UPL after losing to Rukh 0-2 in the Ukrainian championship match.
