Champions League final. "Inter v Manchester City: name of head referee revealed

The UEFA-appointed referee team for the Champions League final between Inter and Manchester City on 10 June in Istanbul has been revealed.

It is reported that Polish referee Szymon Marciniak will be the main referee for the encounter. He will be assisted by linesmen Pawel Sokolniczki and Tomasz Listkiewicz (both of Poland).

Fourth official: Istvan Kovacs. Reserve referee: Vasil Marinescu (both Romania).

VAR referees: Tomasz Kwiatkowski and Bartosz Frankowski (both Poland).

Marciniak was last year's IFFHS Best Referee and also worked at the FIFA World Cup 2022 final in Qatar.
