PSG midfielder Marco Verratti has fallen into the sphere of interest of Manchester City, according to Le Parisien.

Representatives of the Citizens have made an inquiry to the Parisian club regarding the possible transfer of the 30-year-old. The player himself is unhappy with the atmosphere around the team amid the fans' conflict with Lionel Messi. The Italian midfielder's current contract runs until June 2026.

This season, Verratti played 27 matches in the French Ligue 1, but did not score any goals.
