The UAF Referees Committee has appointed the match officials for the match of the 28th round of the Ukrainian Championship between Kolos Kovalivka and Dynamo Kyiv to take place next Wednesday, May 24, in Kovalivka at the Kolos stadium (kickoff 13:00).
The on-field referee is Igor Paskhal from Kherson. This 41-year-old referee has officiated the matches involving Dynamo five times this season.
During the Matchday 3 round of the Ukrainian championship Paskhal acted as the main referee of the match between Kyivians and Luhans'k Zoria (2:3). In that encounter the Khersonian demonstrated as many as 11 yellow cards (6 for Dynamo players and 5 for Zorya), and also suspended Roman Vantukh of Zorya for a repeat warning.
In the 6th round of the Ukrainian championship Paskhal worked as the main referee of the match Dynamo vs Rukh (3:0). In addition, the referee officiated the games Dynamo vs Kolos (0:0) in the 13th round and Lviv vs Dynamo (0:2) in the 19th round. Finally, less than a month ago, on April 28, Paschal officiated the match of the 23rd round of UPL Metalist - Dynamo (1:3).
P. Kotubey will be the linesmen for the match Kolos vs Dynamo. (Zakarpattya region) and Y. Sinyshyn (Ivano-Frankivsk). The fourth official is Dmytro Kubryak from Odesa. Andrii Shandor representing Lviv will judge the work of referees.
We would like to add that the video assistance system of VAR will not be employed at the upcoming meeting.
