Shakhtar Donetsk goalkeeper Andriy Pyatov may end his playing career in the coming days and join the coaching staff of Serhiy Rebrov in the Ukraine national team, VZBRNA reports.
Andrei Pyatov (photo: D.Rudenko)According to the source, the future coach of the Ukrainian national team is considering Pyatov as one of the candidates for the position of goalkeeper coach in his coaching staff. Another former Shakhtar goalkeeper Rustam Khudzhamov is a second candidate.
Let us remind you that earlier it was reported that except for the goalkeepers' coach position, the coaching staff of Serhiy Rebrov has already been shaped. He will be assisted by Vicente Gomez (senior assistant), as well as Alberto Bosch and Gleb Platov (assistants).
Sergei Rebrov and his coaching staffare expected to be officially introduced as soon as next Tuesday.
