The Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine has published on its official website a list of athletes who travelled abroad with a special permit but did not return after the end of the sporting event.
Artem GromovIt is noted that the list of persons who violated their obligations regarding the timing of their return to the territory of Ukraine includes 236 people. Among them are two former Dynamo players: Artem Gromov (AEK Larnaca) and Vladislav Kulach (Zirya).
At the same time, Bournemouth defender Ilya Zabarny and Chelsea midfielder Mykhailo Mudryk, who play in the English Championship, are not on the list. Girona midfielder Viktor Tsygankov is also not among the offenders, as, according to unofficial information, he is the founder of a charity and left Ukraine through the Shlyakh system.
