Bayern Munich's CEO Oliver Kahn and sporting director Hasan Salihamidzic have been dismissed from the German club, the Munich press service reports.
- It was difficult for the Supervisory Board to decide on Oliver Kahn's dismissal. However, due to the overall development of the situation, we have come to the conclusion to appoint a new manager.
We would like to thank Oliver Kahn for his dedication to the business, his ideas and everything we have achieved together. He will forever remain an important part of Bayern Munich," said club president Herbert Heiner.
Hasan Salihamidzic has also been dismissed from his position as sporting director, with no replacement yet.
