Frank Lampard has spoken about his successor as Chelsea head coach, Mauricio Pochettino.

He will have a lot of work to do at Stamford Bridge. That's the conclusion I've come to after six weeks here. Of course, a good coach can help Chelsea, but every player has to take responsibility," Lampard was quoted as saying by Sky Sports.
