Shakhtar's ex-player risks going to jail

Former Shakhtar Donetsk player Douglas Costa is "eagerly" awaited by Brazilian law enforcement agencies, Globo reports.

According to a source, a court in Rio Grande State has ordered the arrest of Douglas Costa for non-payment of child support. So far, no one will detain the player, as he is in the United States, where he defends the colours of the Los Angeles Galaxy, but if the striker arrives home, he will be visited by law enforcement agencies.

The footballer's representatives have not yet commented on this information, but they have assured that Douglas Costa will appeal.
