Despite the fact that Vorskla Poltava put up stiff resistance, in the end Shakhtar Donetsk claimed victory thanks to an impressive performance in the second half. The match was a thrilling spectacle for the fans and a reminder of the high level of football displayed in the Ukrainian Premier League.
