The UAF has decided the venue of the Euro 2024 qualifying round match between Ukraine and England, which will be held on September 9, but due to the ongoing war cannot be held in Ukraine.
As reported by Krone, last Friday, the Ukrainian delegation visited the stadium "Wörtherse-Stadion" (capacity 30 thousand spectators) in the Austrian city of Klagenfurt and has already booked it for the match between Ukraine and England.
At the same time, according to the source, the UAF is considering Ernst Happel stadium (capacity - 50 thousand spectators) in Vienna as a reserve option.
Let's remind, before the match with England, the Ukrainian national team has to play an away game vs Northern Macedonia (June 16, Skopje) and a home game vs Malta (June 19, Trnava) within the framework of Euro 2024 qualifying round.
