Some players can immediately play for the first team at the adult level. They have confidence, are psychologically and physically ready quite early. Some are helped by circumstances - injuries, disqualifications of the main players. And some need to go to the first team on loan. There is no single way to move from youth to adult football.
If Dynamo declares its reliance on its own pupils and wants to develop young people, it needs to use different methods of training its own players. Mykola Shaparenko, Kostiantyn Vivcharenko, Vitalii Mykolenko, Viktor Tsygankov, Heorhii Bushchan, Ruslan Neshcheret, Ilya Zabarnyi managed to reach the senior football through the youth team. Vladyslav Vanat, Vitalii Buyalskyi, Artem Besedin, Nazar Voloshyn, and Maksym Dyachuk were helped by a loan.

Last summer, not all Dynamo fans knew the name of Volodymyr Brazhko, and now he has become the opening goal of the UPL season. The loan helped his career progress and gave him the opportunity to gain a foothold in the Dynamo first team. The story with Serhiy Buletsa and Kristian Bilovar is somewhat similar.
Now Dynamo also has a number of young players who have every chance of gaining experience in other teams this summer.
Oleksandr Yatsyk. I don't think Sashko has worse potential or talent than Brazhko. Volodymyr was released, but Yatsyk remained in limbo. They didn't let him go on loan, but they won't trust him in the first team. Another season in the youth team, where he failed to win gold medals. I think it is very difficult for him emotionally.
Since Mykola Shaparenko's return from injury, Yatsyk's chances of playing practice have been reduced even more. Due to his age, he can no longer play for the U-19. We need to make a decision and choose which of the coaches of other teams will be able to give him more.
Naveen Malysh. The guy was dubbed the "new Karavaev" for his versatility. Naveen can play on the wings or in the middle of the pitch. He is also 20 years old. He has outgrown the youth team, but was not given a chance in the first team. If Oleksandr Karavayev, Tomasz Kędziora and Mykyta Kravchenko leave, Malysh may have a chance to become Oleksandr Tymchyk's understudy. It's hard to believe, because he hasn't played at the adult level yet. Not even in the spring, when the team wasn't really fighting for anything. You need to gain experience in order to claim more later. And then try your hand at the level of Dynamo's first team.
Denys Ihnatenko. This goalkeeper became widely known after a match at the Riazor in the UEFA Youth League, when he first made a gross mistake and then became the hero of a series of post-match penalties in the Deportivo-Dynamo match.
At the beginning of the year, Denys turned 20 years old. This season he was the main goalkeeper of the youth team. Next up is adult football. Due to his age, he cannot play for the youth team. In light of the fact that Denys Boyko has said goodbye to Dynamo, Ihnatenko has the opportunity to become the third goalkeeper after Neshcheret and Bushchan. This option will be a priority for the club. For the goalkeeper - no. So he may find himself without playing practice for the season. He will turn into a kind of Lunin, who will only train with the first team.
Anton Bol. After Lucescu's arrival, Anton was given huge advances. Bol was supposed to replace Ilya Zabarnyi. But unexpectedly, they relied on Dyachuk. Anton has the role of the fourth central defender of the first team. He no longer has anything to do in the youth team, and in the main team he has a role as a long-range reserve. Next season, he can no longer play for the U-19s. If there is no trust, then Anton may not have much game practice.
It all depends on the four centre-backs on whom Lucescu will rely. Definitely, it will be Popov, Sirota, Dyachuk. The role of the fourth centre-back is still in question. It seems that Burda's contract will not be extended. I wouldn't discount Bilovar, who played a full season in the Cyprus league.
Bol has a huge potential. It needs to be developed. One of the main keys to development is game practice. The club should also think about developing its own assets. If not now, then in the short term, Bol has a chance to become a leading player of the club. We just need to think about how to bring him to that level. I'm afraid that if he is a deep reserve next season, he may lose faith in his abilities. Then it will be difficult to change anything.
Arseniy Filatov / Yegor Yaremenko. Players born in 2004. They are not involved in the first team, and the youth team has a whole generation of younger centre-backs - Vladyslav Zakharchenko and Maksym Korobov. They need to be developed. In the new season, Nazar Balaba, who has already spent a year at this level, has every chance of becoming the leader of the U-19 defence. Filatov or Yaremenko can be left behind only in terms of experience. Arseniy and Yegor need new challenges to further develop their careers. They have already taken everything they could at the U-19 level. Further progress is impossible. If they want to really play at a high level, something needs to change.
Artem Benediuk. He is a right-back, but due to problems on the opposite flank, he played on the left. Oleksii Husieva has a strong position at Artem's native position. On the opposite flank, we have high hopes for Denys Dykyi. Benediuk can only be left in the role of a more experienced and versatile player. This will benefit the U-19s, but not the player's progress.
Samba Diallo. The main talent and asset of the club. Despite all the advances at the first team level, there is not much hope for him. Especially when Lucescu is in charge of the team. Vladyslav Kabayev and Nazar Voloshyn are in this position. Samba is only the third. Because of his age, the youth team is no longer available. We need to make a decision. It's hard to think of anything other than a loan. It would be nice if it was in Ukraine. A season at Patrick van Leeuwen's Zorya could have turned Samba into a player of a completely different calibre. The player himself doesn't need to leave Kyiv.
Ihor Horbach. This striker was given huge advances, but every year they faded more and more. Some say the problem is a knee injury, others say it's the player's psychology. This is not so important. The main thing is that Gorbach is still very far from the first team with all the problems with the forward. He needs new challenges. Leaving the comfort zone, new stimuli. Moreover, next season there is no place for him in the youth team. Matvii Ponomarenko takes the lead.
Anton Tsarenko. It's not a big secret that Dynamo's attacking tactics are largely built around Buyalsky. When he is healthy, he will play. Tsarenko's role remains that of a rotation player. Perhaps this is not so bad at the age of 18. But not everything depends on Anton. There are chances for Serhiy Buletsa's full return. Bohdan Lednev can also play this position. That's why Tsarenko can play the role of a deep reserve.
Here, Tsarenko himself needs to make a decision. No one will kick him out of the first team. Is he satisfied with his role as a rotational player in the first team and playing practice in the U-19 (suitable for his age), or does he want more? 19 years old is the age when it is not only possible, but also necessary to play at the adult level. Perhaps the loan will be able to reveal this player more, where he will constantly have game practice.
