Dynamo head coach Mircea Lucescu has expressed interest in the management of Romanian side Cluj. This was reported by Prosport.ro.
According to the source, the current coach of Cluj Dan Petrescu will be dismissed in the near future, and the bosses of the Romanian club have already decided on two main candidates for the head coaching position. These are Mircea Lucescu and Roberto Bordin.
It is noted that in the coming days, the leaders of "Cluj" will hold talks with Lucescu and, if they fail to convince an experienced specialist to lead the club, then the main favourite for the post of coach will be the Italian Bordin.
Earlier it was reported that Lucescu had turned down Fenerbahce because he wanted to finalise his agreement with Dynamo, which runs until the summer of 2024.
