According to the source, on that day, when the Istanbul team will play their last match of the season - the national cup final against Başakşehir - the resignation of the current coach, Jorge Jesus, will be announced. The 77-year-old Romanian will then leave Kyiv to take over from the Portuguese as head coach of Fenerbahce.
A source claims that the deal with the Turks was the main reason Lucescu turned down Al-Nasr.
