I believe that their fault for such results is quite significant. Some missed the season due to injuries, others lost quality and stability.

Vanat has shown the most progress and played the most matches out of all the first-team youngsters (if not for suspensions, it could have been 28 out of 30). Ruslan Neshcheret played for the first team in previous seasons. Nazar Voloshyn and Maksym Dyachuk started playing only in the second round. Anton Tsarenko didn't play as much. In addition to Vanat, we should also mention Kostiantyn Vivcharenko. However, he did not become an undisputed left-back. He competed for this position with Vladyslav Dubinchak.
When was the last time a Dynamo striker scored 12 goals in the UPL? I don't remember. We tried different options and different players, but the result was always unsuccessful. Foreigners, our own players, players from the UPL - the result was the same. More than one million was spent on this problem. Now we have our own, young, free and not on the highest salary. 12 goals in the league at the age of 21 is a good result.
Now it is very important for Vladyslav to grow not only in football terms, but also mentally. Vlad has already managed to gain a foothold in the first team and play at the UPL level. He received his debut call-up to the national team. He will play at the Youth Euro. He has the attention of the press and foreign clubs. Financially, everything is fine. All these are good emotions. The main thing is not to stop there and not to decide that you have already achieved everything. You need to strive to go beyond your own capabilities. Set yourself a goal - the transition to the leading European championship. As a means of achieving the goal, individual and team achievements are the return of the championship, reaching the Champions League, becoming the best scorer in the UPL (no matter if Dovbyk leaves in the summer), and getting a foothold in the national team.
