English side Brentford have bought Freiburg striker Kevin Schade for a record-breaking fee, the club's press service reports.

Schade joined Brentford back in January on loan. Since then, Kevin has played 19 matches for Thomas Frank's team and has not scored a single goal. However, Schade made a good impression, and Brentford - in light of the suspension of Ivan Toni - decided to keep the 21-year-old, who made his debut for the German national team in March. As a result, Kevin signed a contract with the Bees until 2028.
