Renowned coach and expert Oleh Fedorchuk explained why Dynamo Kyiv midfielder Vitaliy Buyalsky does not have a stable place in the main squad of the Ukrainian national team. It will be recalled that the 30-year-old was not included in the Ukrainian national team's application for the recent friendly match with Germany (3:3).
