Dynamo.kiev.ua has learned that one of Kyiv Dynamo's top young talents - 16-year-old midfielder Oleksandr Ilchenko - is returning to his club.
With the start of the war Ilchenko ended up at Hertha Berlin, where the player spent last season. But now the family of the young midfielder decided that it is time for him to return to Ukraine and Oleksandr is back in the ranks at Dynamo Academy.
Ilchenko plays at the position of a central midfielder. He plays for the team he was born in 2007. He was called up to the Ukraine national football team (U-16) at the friendly tournament in Bratislava in May.
