Maksym Dyachuk is in the top 100 young footballers in Europe

Dynamo centre-back Maksym Dyachuk has been shortlisted for the annual Golden Boy award for the best young footballer in Europe (under 21).

Moreover, the Dynamo player, who is number 54 on the list, is the only Ukrainian field player among the contenders. Two more of our compatriots are goalkeepers: Oleksandr Saputin (33, Zorya) and Pavlo Isenko (43, Vorskla).

The main candidates, according to the organisers, are Jamal Musiala (Bayern Munich), Jude Bellingham (Real Madrid) and Gavi (Barcelona).
