At the XXXI PFL Conference, five clubs were expelled from the organisation - Nikopol, MSK Dnipro (Cherkasy), Olimpik, Vovchansk and Volyn.
It is reported that the PFL made this decision due to the fact that the clubs did not apply for an extension of their temporary suspension from the 2023/2024 season, did not pay membership fees and did not continue their activities.
The participation of FC Lviv, VPK-Agro, Skoruk, Kramatorsk and Uzhhorod in the first league of 2023/24 has been temporarily suspended without deprivation of membership in the PFL.
The following clubs have been temporarily suspended from the Second League: AFSC Kyiv, Balkany, Karpaty Halych, Lubomyr Stavyshche, IFC Mykolaiv, FC Sumy, Munkach, Crystal, Energia and Tavria.
The competition in the first league is scheduled to start on 28 July and in the second league on 6 August.
