Following the results of the 2nd round of the group stage of Euro 2023 (U-21) the Ukraine national youth team has secured early exit to the quarter-final of the tournament.

Spain also reached the maximum score in the first two rounds of the group, with the Croatian and Romanian youth teams respectively still without any points.
Thus, in Group B the Ukraine and Spain national teams have booked the final first and second places in the table and advanced to the quarter-final of Euro-2023 (U-21). In the final, 3rd round of the group stage, these teams will meet each other, playing for the first and second places in the group.
According to the tournament grid, the winner of Group B will play the second team in Group D (Switzerland, France, Norway, Italy) in the quarter-finals of Euro-2023 (U-21), while the second-placed team will face the winner of Group D in the quarter-finals.
