After two days of traditional medical check-ups before the start of the season, on Wednesday, 28 June, Dynamo players had a full training day with two training sessions.
Media representatives were invited to the evening session. It should be noted that some expected to see Dynamo's "fresh" acquisition, midfielder Andriy Yarmolenko, in the training process, but upon arrival they were disappointed, as Andriy, like all the national teams, will join the team just before leaving for the training camp.
As for today's session, it was attended by all the players who successfully passed the medical examination. The training session began with running work, which was diversified with competitive exercises and an intense game in the squares.
At the same time, the game exercises alternated with running the required mileage around the training fields near the main building of the base in Vita-Litovska. The "cherry on top" was a half-field pitch and a full-size goal, where the players could let their hair down.
It is worth noting that before leaving for the training camp in Austria, Dynamo players will alternate between one- and two-time training sessions both on the pitch and in the gym. And on Monday, 3 July, the White and Blues will have a long journey to Klagenfurt, where our team will prepare for the new season for three weeks.
