Shakhtar Donetsk have today announced on their official website that they have terminated the contract with their head coach Igor Jovicevic. Along with the coach, the entire coaching staff of the Croatian specialist is leaving the club.
Igor JovicevicJovicevic had been in charge of the Pitmen since July 2022, succeeding Roberto de Dzerbi. He led the team to the league title.
It should be recalled that according to media reports, Zorya Luhansk coach Patrick van Leeuwen will become Shakhtar's new head coach.
