The guys understand that competition must be withstood, and they have to prove their right to play in the team at every training session. We've already told them that whoever performs better and is stronger in the training process will play. I think this is also a new challenge for them, and they need to make more effort, because this is more adult football, the requirements are close to those of the first team, so they need to adapt as quickly as possible and be ready to join the first team at any time," Kostiuk's words are quoted on the Dynamo Academy's Facebook page.
