Artem Kravets became an advisor to Dynamo president Ihor Surkis on the development of children's and youth football. Artem's return to his home club was a matter of time and position.

Even during his career, Kravets had a reputation as an intellectual person who was constantly striving to learn and improve despite his professional performances. His football career is a vivid example of this. Artem did not want to just sit still, but was looking for new opportunities for his own development. You can't force some people out, and he was looking for opportunities to try his hand at stronger leagues. Such personal qualities allow for success in a player's post-career.

I have always believed that Artem has the potential to become a good coach. But management plays an extremely important role in modern football. The Kyiv club talks a lot about relying on its own youth. Here, an extra bright head will never be superfluous.

Youth football does not stand still. What brought success before may no longer be relevant now. It is very important to learn new things, new development trends. Our country is currently going through a very difficult period, which will have serious consequences for the future of football. Some young players have ended up in Europe and will try to build their football careers there. We can already say that Dynamo's teams of 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and beyond have suffered significantly.

In the western regions of Ukraine, Rukh is very active in recruiting young players. It's not easy to get something from there. Shakhtar's ambitions have not gone away. "Polissia wants to develop their school. Kharkiv suffered a lot during the war. It was a Klondike for talent. It will be harder and harder to count on significant selection every year. The evolution of young players, their development, and the ability to reveal their talents will come first.

Kravets played in the Bundesliga for Stuttgart and in La Liga for Granada. He played for a long time in Turkey. He saw how clubs work with young players. Let's not forget that Artem himself is a graduate of the Dynamo school. He went through all the stages from youth football to the first team. He understands what is important here. A priori, he already has some experience.

Now it is very important that Kravets learns. He has gained enough knowledge in youth football to put it into practice. It is very important to study the system of Dinamo Zagreb. Croatia has a population of 4 million, but they are very good at finding and educating young players. They have very similar qualities to Ukrainian players - character and physical strength. To study how attacking players are formed in the Netherlands. What are the principles of local clubs in this area. While Kyiv's goalkeepers, defenders, and possibly midfielders are doing well, wingers, top ten, and forwards are not very often players capable of playing for the first team. What are the principles of the Portuguese giants' work that they are so successful in developing their own youth. We need to take the best from all this and adapt it to Ukrainian conditions.
