Gerrard wants to see Manet at Al-Ittifaq

The new head coach of Saudi Arabia's Al Ittifaq, Steven Gerrard, would like to invite Bayern Munich striker Sadio Mane to join the club, Bild reports.

The 43-year-old specialist is well aware of the Senegalese forward's playing qualities. The club's management is ready to fulfil the coach's request and pay for Mane's transfer. In many ways, the possible transfer will depend on the decision of the player himself.

Last season, Mane played 25 matches in the Bundesliga, scoring seven goals and providing five assists.
