"Everton are interested in the transfer of Almeria striker El Bilal Toure, according to Belgian journalist Sacha Talovieri.
El Bilal Touré, Getty ImagesThe Toffees' management has offered the Spaniards €40 million for the 21-year-old. If the clubs manage to agree on the transfer of the Mali forward, the player will receive a five-year contract and three million euros per season.
Last season, Toure played 27 matches for Almeria in La Liga, scoring seven goals and providing two assists.
