The day after the first control match of the training camp, in which Dynamo Kyiv defeated Bucharest 4-1, the White and Blues had a training session in the gym.
The team was divided into several groups: while some players worked out in the gym under the guidance of Oleksandr Shovkovskyi and Oleh Husiev, others performed muscle stretching exercises in the open air near the gym, suggested by Vitalii Kulyba.
Inside the gym, one group of Dynamo players did strength exercises, while the other group did cardio training on exercise bikes.
In the evening, the Kyiv team will train again on the football pitch of the sports complex located near the hotel.
