The new head coach of Zorya Luhansk, Nenad Lalatovic, explained the kind of football he intends to instil in his current team.

What football will Zorya play now? 100% attacking football. As a coach I have been playing this way for 11 years. The results speak for me best of all: out of 500 games I have 52% of wins, 28% of draws and 20% of losses. No Serbian coach has such figures.
So every match Zorya will play to win and attack aggressively. We are aiming for good results both in Ukraine and in Europe. We want Zorya to qualify for the spring leg of the European competitions for the first time in their history. But we need serious reinforcement - at least seven players, three or four of whom must be experienced players," - said Lalatovic in his commentary to the Zorya club press service.
