"Atletico Madrid set their sights on PSG midfielder Verratti

Atletico Madrid is planning to strengthen its squad with PSG midfielder Marco Verratti, Marca reports.

The Matzos coach Diego Simeone is keen to get the 30-year-old and has identified the Italian as his main transfer target. The Madrid side would only be able to make an offer if PSG were open to selling Verratti, as the midfielder's contract with the Parisians runs until June 2026.
