Representatives of the Ukrainian Premier League clubs will meet tomorrow, 14 July, at a meeting of the UPL clubs to finally resolve the issue with UPL TV. This was reported by Olga Vitak, editor-in-chief of the News Centre news agency.
"According to my information, on 14 July, representatives of the clubs will gather at a meeting of the UPL clubs and finally have to close such a project as UPL TV.
Earlier I wrote that 6 clubs opposed this project, and today I learned that this figure has increased to 8 clubs. Is everyone worried about where they will be able to watch UPL matches? Everything will remain the same: "Plus TV will show matches of four clubs for free, one or two clubs will be broadcast on Youtube, and the rest will be covered by our beloved Setanta, which has held talks with clubs this week. I won't tell you which ones, you'll see everything soon, by the way, not for free. Subscription for the next season is 109 UAH," Vitak wrote on her Facebook page.
