"Arsenal have officially announced the transfer of West Ham midfielder Declan Rice.
Declan RiceRice reportedly signed a long-term deal with Arsenal. Earlier it was reported that the Gunners paid West Ham £100 million in guaranteed payments and another £5 million in bonuses for the midfielder.
It should be noted that this is the second most expensive transfer in the history of the Premier League. The record belongs to Chelsea's Enzo Fernandez, who joined from Benfica in the winter for £106 million.
