Kyiv Dynamo played another control match today as part of their preparation for the new season at the training camp in Austria. The opponent of Mircea Lucescu's team was Aris of Cyprus.

Frankly speaking, the first half of the match was boring - the teams started the game at a rather average pace and did not hurry with chances. Although the Dynamo played the first number one, they couldn't materialise their advantage into a goal for a long time. Aris players, in their turn, acted more and more rudely with each minute.
Towards the middle of the half, the emotions on the pitch took over: after a rough foul on Dubinchak, Shaparenko decided to stand up for his partner, and a small scuffle ensued. As a result, players of both teams received a card. Just a few minutes later, Sidorchuk received a warning for another offence. It seemed that we would not see any football at all.
But the end of the first half did bring some joy. First Aris created the first goal moment in the match: after a quick attack on the left flank, Spolaric received the ball in the Dynamo penalty area, but shot above the goal from the goalkeeper's line. "The Bilo-Syni responded immediately with their own moment: Kabaev brought Bujalskyi almost one-on-one with the Cypriot goalkeeper, but the midfielder failed to shoot accurately.
But on the 42nd minute Sidorchuk finally managed to open the score in the match. The Dynamo captain successfully played in the selection and, having moved to the Aris penalty area, easily shot past the opponents' goalkeeper -1:0!
After the break Dynamo almost immediately removed all questions about the winner of this confrontation. Shaparenko, being in the opponent's penalty area, passed back to Benito, who from a few metres shot hard under the crossbar of the Aris goal -2:0! It's nice to note that even after this goal the Blue and White didn't stop and continued to attack. The third goal could have been scored by Buyalsky, but after his header goalkeeper Badji played reliably.
"Aris made Buschan nervous only twice in the second half: on 62nd minute after a long-range shot from the midfielder of the nominal guests Dynamo saved the goal frame, and a moment later Bilovar played well, kicking the ball into touch after a shot from the right flank.
The last 20 minutes of the game, which remained until the final whistle, went completely under the dictation of Dynamo. Karavaev's shot into the bar was worth it! But Voloshin, who came on as a substitute, managed to turn the score into a smashing one: the midfielder managed to score twice in just three minutes -4:0! Another confident victory for our team!
