"On your appeal from 29.06.2023 ¹774.... on granting permission to hold all-Ukrainian football competitions of the season 2023/2024 with the involvement of spectators, the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine informs:
On the basis of paragraph 7 of the protocol decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from 17.06.2022 ¹89, the order of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine from 28.05.2022 ¹1587 "On some issues of holding all-Ukrainian competitions under martial law", and the Regulations of holding the championship of Ukraine on football among the teams of UPL clubs of the season 2022/2023... these football competitions are held without spectators.
...We also draw your attention to the cases of spectators' presence at football competitions of the last season, which is a gross violation of the decision of the Government of Ukraine on the noted issue and we ask to ensure its unconditional implementation in the season 2023/2024", - stated in the response letter signed by the Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports Lyudmyla Panchenko.
