Romanian Cluj owner Nelutsu Varga has commented on the information that his club is close to signing famous Ukrainian midfielder Yevhen Konoplyanka.
Nelutsu Varga"Konoplyanka is 95 per cent our player," Varga said in an interview with PRO TV.
