Ukrainian midfielder of Spanish Girona Viktor Tsygankov is not yet fully preparing for the season with his team.
Viktor TsygankovThe 25-year-old player did not take part in the first two control matches of Girona this off-season - against Olot (4:2), 19 July, and yesterday, against Andorra (2:2).
According to the Spanish media, Tsygankov has a micro-injury, which prevents him from carrying out full training sessions and participating in sparring. However, the nature of the injury and recovery time of the Ukrainian has not yet been reported.
We will add that the championship of Spain next season starts on 11 August. In the first round Girona will play away to Real Sociedad.
