The head of the Footballers Association of Ukraine, Oleh Pechornyi, told 1927.kiev.ua how the dispute between former players and coaches of Lviv and the club that owes them money is being resolved.
- FC Lviv CEO Vadym Levchuk has started sending the club's players a photo of the agreement, which confirms that the club is in debt and proves that the club is still "alive". The players are asked to sign it in order to become free agents and thus be eligible for registration.
FC Lviv is "dumping" players. This is pure fraud. Article 190, part 4, 5 to 10 years in prison. As a trustee of the players and coaches who have contacted me, within a week I will submit documents to the Prosecutor General's Office to check the activities of FC Lviv and initiate a criminal case. We are also filing an application with the UAF. Under the guise of regulatory documents, the entire management of FC Lviv falls under the article on fraud," Pechorny said.
