The thing is that for some strange reason Kazakhs decided to fly into Georgian space on the plane of the sub-sanctioned Russian airline UVT AERO, which was naturally denied. The Kazakh delegation had to gnash their teeth and board the domestic airline SCAT Airlines, which landed safely at Kutaisi International Airport.
