It's official. Isco is a Betis player

Former Real Madrid midfielder Isco has joined Betis as a free agent, the Andalusian club's official website reports.

The 31-year-old footballer's contract is valid until the end of the 2023/24 season. Betis head coach Manuel Pellegrini was interested in the transfer of the Spanish winger, who has known the player since the days of Malaga.

It will be recalled that Isco spent the first half of last season at Sevilla, but in December 2022 he terminated his contract with the club after a conflict with sporting director Ramon Monchi.
