Axel Disassi, Getty ImagesThe London club has agreed the transfer of the 25-year-old footballer for €45 million. The deal will be officially closed in the near future. A personal contract with the French player has already been agreed.
Last season, Disasi played 49 matches for Monaco in all competitions, scoring six goals and providing four assists.
