"Kryvbas commented on the Russian missile attack on Kryvyi Rih on 31 July in its official telegram channel.
"31/07/23. We will never forgive you. We hate you all. Russia is a terrorist state," Kryvbas said in a statement.
To recap, one missile hit a four-storey building of the educational institution, while the second destroyed a section from the 4th to the 9th floor of a residential building.
