The former vice-president of "Goverla" Oleksandr Shufrych spoke about the matches of the opening round of the Ukrainian championship.
"I feel sorry for our football. Having such potential, we are killing it with amateurish management. Unqualified personnel are simply raping the potential of the football country. The first round of the championship is not much different from the Kyiv region championship in terms of the level of play, speed and competitiveness.
The level of referees is even lower than that of the players. TV broadcasts are at the level of amateur local championships. There is not a single high-quality football media resource. What a bunch of match-fixing. Already in the first round there was at least one very strange match. Let's see what happens next," Shufrych tweeted.
