- I am not at PAOK. After last season on loan, Shakhtar had to buy me from PAOK. Therefore, I am now a fully Shakhtar player.
- And what are you doing now?
- I do not know exactly what will happen next. I have a contract with Shakhtar for the next three years. I did not leave Shakhtar, now I am a full player of the club, but they do not want to use me.
- When did you learn about the resignation of the champion coach Jovicevic? Your personal perception?
- I was surprised, because I did not expect such a thing. We had a good campaign in European cups and became champions of the Ukrainian championship, so for me it was a really big surprise.
- Having played 16 games last season, why don't you continue playing for Shakhtar?
- After signing Gio Gocholeishvili, the club said that they did not count on me, because they would give more minutes to a young player. But I wanted to stay to become a champion. So now I'm training with U-19 until we reach an agreement on the cancellation of the contract.
- You often found yourself in the reserves in spring. Why? Was it just because of competition with Konoplya or was there something else, perhaps the club's unwillingness to exceed the standard for the number of matches to buy out the contract?
- I think that Konoplya was in the best shape, he played very well and deserved a place in the main squad.
