Bakary Cisse, Sadio Mane's advisor, shared his opinion on why Bayern Munich sold the Senegalese to Al Nasr.
- It was certainly not a football decision. Mane's salary irritated the Germans, they did not understand how an African came to the club and became the highest paid footballer. That's why they wanted to get rid of him.
They did not call the player's agents. They didn't tell Sadio personally that they wanted to get rid of him. They simply sent Tuchel to tell him that he would be a "third-order left back".
Sadio doesn't need to prove anything to Bayern. He became himself, not because of Bayern. It was thanks to Liverpool. "Bayern was ungrateful. They paid the African such money, and they were offended," said Bakary Cisse.
It will be recalled that Sadio Mane became a player of Al Nasr in the summer transfer window.
