The Ukrainian Premier League, having interviewed experts, has determined the best footballer and the best coach of the 2nd round of the Ukrainian championship of the 2023/24 season, the matches of which took place last weekend.
According to the results of the voting, Rukh striker Yurii Klymchuk won (ahead of Ruslan Babenko) and LNZ coach Oleksandr Kovpak (ahead of Vitalii Ponomariov, Serhii Lavrynenko and Yurii Vernydub).
The expert council consists of Oleg Venglynsky, Ivan Getsko, Serhiy Nagornyak, Jozsef Szabo, Oleksandr Sopko, Oleg Fedorchuk, Anatoliy Chantsev, Stepan Yurchyshyn, and Ihor Yavorsky.
It will be recalled that in the second round, Cherkasy's LNZ won its first victory in the UPL with a 3-0 victory over Minaj, while Rukh left no stone unturned against Vorskla (4-1).
