Gianluca Scamacca, Getty ImagesThe transfer fee for the 24-year-old footballer was 25 million euros plus five million in possible bonuses. The Italian forward is set to replace Rasmus Goylund, who was recently sold by Atalanta to Manchester United.
It will be recalled that in the summer of 2022, West Ham paid Sassuolo £35.5 million for the transfer of Scamacchi. The striker played 27 matches for the Hammers in all competitions and scored eight goals.
