"Dynamo is the leader in the number of penalty goals in the history of the Ukrainian championships

In the 2nd round of the Ukrainian championship, the 1800th penalty in the history of the national championship was taken. Denys Yanakov of Polissia was the author of the jubilee spot-kick from the 11-metre mark.

In total, 1804 penalties have been taken in the history of the Ukrainian championships (after 2375 shots).

Dynamo took the most penalties among the 46 clubs - 170 times (218 shots), and Lviv's Karpaty scored the most goals from the spot - 111 times (133 shots).
