Manchester City are planning to sign West Ham midfielder Lucas Packet, Foot Mercato reports.

According to the source, the Citizens have already made a second offer for Puckett. The first offer was €80 million, but the Hammers rejected it. The second attempt was more solid, this time the current English champions offered €101 million. Interestingly, West Ham are demanding €110 million for their leader.
